Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@dorindale.com.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
